Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

Keep any credentials shared during the engagement secure.
Notify us if access should be revoked.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the delivery of our services.

Recommendations

The implementation of any recommendation remains entirely the responsibility of the client.

Digital Fortress Review does not guarantee that implementing recommendations will eliminate all security risks.

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be confirmed in a written quotation before work begins. Once the quotation has been accepted and payment has been received in full, the quoted fee will not change unless the client requests additional services or there is a material change to the agreed scope of work. Any additional fees will be agreed with the client before the extra work is undertaken.

Prices are subject to change for future engagements but will not affect an agreed quotation.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All reports, methodologies, templates and documentation produced by Digital Fortress Review remain our intellectual property.
Upon payment in full, clients may use the final report for their own internal business purposes, including sharing it with employees, advisers, consultants and service providers where reasonably necessary. The report may not be reproduced for commercial resale, altered to remove Digital Fortress Review branding, or presented as the client’s own work without our prior written permission.
Reports may not be reproduced, modified or distributed for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Confidentiality

Digital Fortress Review treats client information as confidential.

Information obtained during an engagement will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services unless:

the client authorises otherwise;
disclosure is required by law; or
disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights.

We expect clients to treat our proprietary methodologies and reports with the same level of confidentiality.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Fortress Review provides professional assessments in good faith based upon the evidence available at the time of the review.

While we exercise reasonable skill and care, we cannot guarantee that every vulnerability, weakness or security risk will be identified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Fortress Review shall not be liable for:

Future security incidents.
Changes made after the review.
Undisclosed information.
Client decisions regarding the implementation or non-implementation of recommendations.
Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our reports.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
